What does "Launch pricing, may change" mean?
These are the prices we plan to launch with. They can still change before billing opens. Free and the Growth trial start today; paid plans can be reserved and we email you when billing opens.
Is Free a trial?
No. Free has no time limit. It is limited by cases per window and seats, as shown on the card.
How does the Growth trial work?
Growth comes with a 14-day trial and no card is needed to start it. Each workspace can use the trial once.
Can I pay for Starter or Scale today?
Not yet. Reserve the plan and we will email you when billing opens. You can start on Free in the meantime.
Are there usage fees?
Dispute automation charges a capped success fee only on won disputes, and retention offers charge a capped fee only on retained revenue. Rates and caps are listed above.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans and add-ons are managed from the Billing screen in the dashboard.
