Sign up and create a Lumtry workspace. Connect Stripe or PayPal if you want approved cases to execute a refund.
Contact the Lumtry team
There is no connect button for eBay yet. The Lumtry team sets up the notification subscription with your eBay seller account.

Publish your default policy, or a version scoped to the eBay channel when marketplace returns need different rules.

How does Lumtry know an eBay notification is genuine?
Lumtry checks eBay's signature on every notification against eBay's published key before anything is recorded. A notification that fails the check is rejected.
What if the same eBay notification arrives twice?
It opens one case. Lumtry removes duplicates by notification id within each workspace.
