## How we estimate

Refunds per month are monthly orders times your refund rate, rounded to whole refunds.

Manual cost is refunds per year times minutes per refund, at your hourly cost.

Abuse leakage is your abuse share of yearly refunds times your average order value.

Savings apply only your own automation share to handling time; they are not a promise.

The plan is the smallest paid plan whose included monthly cases cover your refunds, at its current catalog price.
